About the Role

As an online shop customer advisor, you will handle all WhatsApp and email enquiries, and private messages from price.com.hk and Carousell, professionally by ensuring the highest level of customer experience. You need to login to our company's WhatsApp/Carousell/price.com.hk account from time to time every working days! You may also need to use our online system to process the customer orders, and listing new products to the website. You may be required to work on-site for order packing if necessary. Over time working will be counted.


This is a part time position of 5-10 hours per week, doesn't includes order packing on-site. The working hours are Monday to Friday 11am - 8pm (login into accounts 4-6 time per day).

Requirements

  • Graduated from high school/associate/undergraduate.

  • Fluency in Chinese(Cantonese) and English is required.

  • Previous experience on customer service(preferred).

  • Basic knowledge on photo/video equipment.

  • Experienced on using Google workspace, including gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.

  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.

  • A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach!
